Business Analyst - Manager

Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives, translating complex business challenges into actionable solutions. This role involves leading comprehensive analysis, defining robust requirements, and designing optimal Target Operating Models (TOM) across critical functions like Finance, HR, and Operations. You will collaborate extensively with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and technology partners to implement cutting-edge enterprise solutions, including CRM, ERP, Workday, ServiceNow, and Intapp. Your contributions will directly impact organizational efficiency, enhance user experience, and enable data-driven decision-making, ultimately shaping the future of our business through innovative transformations, including the strategic integration of AI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex projects, meticulously translating strategic objectives and stakeholder needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise-wide solutions.

- Design and implement robust Target Operating Models (TOM) and optimize critical business processes across Finance, HR Transformation, and Operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

- Drive the successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of core enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, Workday, ServiceNow, and Intapp, ensuring seamless integration and maximum business value.

- Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams, effectively managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring successful solution delivery.

- Identify and champion opportunities for leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance business processes, improve decision-making capabilities, and foster innovation, particularly within HR Transformation and Finance domains.

- Mentor and guide junior business analysts, contributing to project planning, risk mitigation, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in advanced business analysis methodologies, Target Operating Model (TOM) design, and process optimization across Finance, HR Transformation, and general business operations.

- Proven proficiency in implementing and optimizing enterprise platforms, including CRM, ERP, Workday, ServiceNow, and Intapp, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of dissecting complex business challenges, identifying root causes, and formulating innovative, data-backed solutions, including the strategic application of AI.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and influence senior stakeholders effectively.

- Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead project tracks, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field from a premier institution.
