Position Title Business Development Manager/ Inside Sales Manager.

Experience 10+ Years.

Location Faridabad/ Noida /Remote.

Shift Timings 8 PM to 5 AM IST (US Shift Timings).

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end business development including lead nurturing, generation, and qualification.

- Own pipeline growth target for assigned markets / service lines.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, accounts, and industry trends.

- Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and calls.

- Engage with CMMs to understand business needs and position relevant solutions.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams to build value propositions, and GTM strategies.

- Maintain and regularly update CRM with accurate opportunity lifecycle details.

- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on pipeline, performance metrics, and learning.

- Strong ability to structure conversations.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ownership mindset and accountability.

Must have skill sets:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Demand Generation (preferably in IT Services / Technology).

- Proven track record of achieving meetings, and qualified pipeline.

- Experience in selling to US/UK/Global markets.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, enterprise sales cycles, and account-based selling.

- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar).

- Strong presentation, and objection handling, skills.

Good to have skill sets:

- Experience in selling digital transformation, cloud, data, automation, AI or enterprise application services.

- Prior experience working closely with Delivery / Practice Teams.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and outreach platforms.

- Experience in consultative selling frameworks (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, etc.).

- Ability to contribute in GTM planning and campaign strategy.
