Damco - Business Analyst - Presales Division - Health Insurance

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking the health BA for the presales division, the person will be mainly responsible for:

- Understanding our health systems and landscape

- Proficient in prototyping to create demos as per customer requirement

- Excellent communication and articulation

- Looking anybody who can at present give health demos to customer and possess good demonstration skills.

Job Description:

- Business Analyst having in-depth knowledge of Health Underwriting, Risk ratings, Reinsurance, commission/ payments in Insurance domain.

- Having exposure to product life cycle management, application migration advantage.

- Knowledge in Health Insurance UW and Claims

- Understanding of Insurance business processes

- Understanding of application landscape in the Insurance business

- Ability to understand and analyze the business requirements

- Understanding of the Waterfall, Agile and scrum methodologies

- Understanding and exposure in documentation of requirement, preparing BRD, use cases, user stories, solution documents etc.

- Experience in functional testing

- Good analytical, documentation and communication skills

- Good with Pre-sales demo, POCs and related Activities

- Provider Portal integration
