Role Overview

- We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Offline Marketing Manager University & School Partnerships to spearhead all ground-level marketing, outreach, and partnership initiatives.

- This role is 100% offline-focused, responsible for increasing student enrolments, expanding institutional collaborations, and strengthening Edvias presence across colleges, universities, and schools. The ideal candidate will have 36 years of experience in offline student acquisition, institutional tie-ups, event marketing, or BTL campaigns within the education or EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Institutional Partnerships (Core Responsibility)

- Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with colleges, universities, and schools.

- Build long-term relationships with academic stakeholders, placement cells, and student community leaders.

- Conduct presentations, counselling sessions, and brand introduction meetings at institutions.

2. Offline Student Acquisition & Outreach Activities

- Plan and execute seminars, workshops, orientation sessions, and micro-events for student recruitment.

- Organise canopy activities, info kiosks, counselling desks, and student interaction booths.

- Represent Edvia at education fairs, campus events, and offline promotional drives.

- Track leads generated through offline channels and ensure smooth handover to the counselling team.

3. Territory & Campaign Management

- Create a monthly territory-wise plan for institutional visits and outreach activities.

- Increase brand presence in targeted regions (Punjab, Himachal, Haryana, Chandigarh, etc.).

- Ensure all offline campaigns are completed within approved budgets and deliver targeted enrolments.

4. Brand Visibility & BTL Execution

- Execute BTL campaigns, posters, standees, banners, and campus branding plans.

- Maintain brand consistency in all offline collaterals and promotional assets.

- Identify high-footfall zones for student-focused activities.

5. Collaboration & Reporting

- Coordinate with the digital marketing and design teams for offline creatives, brochures, banners, and event materials.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on:

- Partnerships built

- Events conducted

- Leads generated

- Conversion performance

- Provide on-ground insights to marketing leadership for strategic improvements.

6. Team & Vendor Management

- Manage promoters, field executives, or temporary staff for events.

- Handle local vendors for printing, venue arrangements, and event logistics.

Requirements

- Master's/Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of experience in offline marketing, institutional tie-ups, field marketing, or education outreach.

- Strong network and prior experience with college/university partnerships.

- Expertise in handling offline student acquisition campaigns and events.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong organisational and relationship-building abilities.

- Ability to travel for institutional tie-ups, meetings and events.

- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
