Role Overview

Were looking for a Sales Head with proven experience in capital equipment/turnkey project sales. This role demands a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can drive growth, manage the full sales cycle, and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead sales of dairy & cheese processing machinery and molds.

- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: enquiry order execution.

- Build and mentor a strong sales team.

- Represent the brand at expos & trade fairs.

- Drive client relationships and account management.

Requirements

- 12+ years experience in B2B machinery sales (preferably dairy/food processing).

- Proven success in capital equipment/turnkey projects.

- Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills.

- Technical understanding of dairy processing lines.

- Willingness to travel extensively.
