Education & Experience:
- 18+ years of relevant experience in advertising/media sales (preferably Print Media)
- Preferred Industry: Media or Telecom
- Strong local market knowledge of the Madhya Pradesh region preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation & Client Management:
- Identify potential clients and market segments
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
- Build long-term client relationships ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Market Strategy & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis
- Refine market approach and client targeting strategies based on insights
Planning & Forecasting:
- Develop and monitor monthly/quarterly sales forecasts
- Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
Pricing & Profitability:
- Ensure competitive yet profitable pricing strategies
- Focus on margin optimization while maintaining market competitiveness
Innovation & New Initiatives:
- Conceptualize and implement innovative sales campaigns
- Identify untapped market opportunities and convert them into revenue streams
Leadership & Team Coordination:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the unit sales team
- Align team performance with organizational growth objectives
