Innovation / Strategy Fellow

A highly selective one-year program where exceptional graduates work directly under the Deputy Managing Director to research, challenge, and shape the next generation of product, growth, AI, and consumer strategies for the Dainik Bhaskar News App.

This is not a rotational program or a traditional corporate role. It is an opportunity to think like a founder, experiment boldly, and build products at scale.

What You'll Do :

- Partner directly with the Deputy MD on high-priority product and growth initiatives.

- Brainstorm, evaluate and develop new ideas to improve the Dainik Bhaskar News App.

- Identify consumer problems and design innovative, data-driven solutions.

- Drive experiments across user acquisition, engagement, retention and subscriptions.

- Explore AI, personalization, gamification and emerging consumer trends to shape future product experiences.

- Work closely with Product, Technology, Editorial, Design and Data teams to take ideas from concept to launch.

- Present recommendations and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Who We're Looking For :

- Fresh graduates/PG or professionals with up to 2-3 years of experience from leading institutions.

- Curious, analytical, and deeply interested in consumer technology.

- Strong problem-solving ability with an entrepreneurial mindset.

- Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership.

- Passionate about building products for Bharat, to be used by millions.
