Dainik Bhaskar - Executive Assistant to Director - Strategy & Business Operations - IIT/NIT/IIM/ISB

Role Purpose - To provide strategic, analytical, and support to the Director by driving performance rigor, enabling cross-functional alignment, and ensuring timely execution of key business priorities. The role will be supporting decision-making and accelerating high-impact initiatives across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic & Executive Support

- Provide strategic support to the Director.

- Prepare structured briefs, dashboards, and summaries to enable informed decision-making.

- Track key business metrics across functions, regions, and business units.

2. Performance Monitoring & Analytics

- Analyze performance reports and MIS to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights.

- Highlight risks and opportunities with clear recommendations.

- Ensure follow-through on key action items and priority deliverables.

3. Project Management & Execution

- Lead and coordinate strategic projects driven from the Director's Office.

- Monitor progress against timelines, budgets, and defined outcomes.

- Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure timely closure of actions.

4. Productivity & Process Improvement

- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvement initiatives.

- Drive productivity enhancement projects across functions and regions.

- Encourage experimentation and innovative problem-solving approaches.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

- Liaise with senior leadership to ensure alignment and delivery on key initiatives.

- Act as a bridge between the Director and internal teams to drive clarity and execution discipline.

Candidate Profile:

- Education: IIT / NIT Graduate (must) and MBA (desirable) from a top-tier B-school.

- Experience: 10+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy, or high-impact operational roles preferred.
