Profile Summary:

We are looking for an HR Professional who will work closely with management and employees "on the front line," providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, employee retention, coaching/training & development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development. This person will play an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives and will always ensure they align with a company's business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.

- Manage recruitment processes from job postings to selection.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

2. Employee Onboarding and Induction:

- Execute onboarding programs for smooth new hire integration.

- Conduct orientation and provide necessary training and resources.

3. HR Operations:

- Oversee HR operations including records management and HRIS maintenance.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and accurate HR transactions.

4. Performance Management:

- Manage the performance management system to drive a high-performance culture.

- Facilitate reviews, feedback, and development planning.

5. Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance skills and career growth.

- Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops.

6. Employee Engagement and Retention:

- Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

- Implement strategies to improve employee retention and reduce turnover.

7. Separation Management:

- Manage the end-to-end separation process including exit interviews and offboarding.

- Analyze exit data and provide recommendations for retention improvement.

Skills Required:

- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows upward and downward.

- Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company.

- Ability to stylistically adapt communication based on audience.

- High integrity/will stop at nothing to safeguard compliance standards and company values

- Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently

- Lead management in organizational assessment and diagnosis to turn business strategies into action.

- Provide and demonstrate change management leadership.

- Coach and influence to achieve business results.

Location: Bhopal Corporate Office.

Reporting To: CHRO / HR Head Operations.

Qualifications:

- 10+ Years of Experience as HR leader or HR Business Partner.

- MBA HR from a renowned Institute.
