We're searching for an ambitious, creative and Strategic Sr / Chief Brand Manager to join our Corporate Brand and Product Marketing team. This isn't just a sit-behind-a-desk role. This is:

- Building India's most trusted media brand every single day

- Driving high-impact Traditional & Digital campaigns

- Bringing flagship IPs like Bhaskar Utsav, SuperChef, Youth Festival, etc. to life

- Design award-winning Impactful Campaigns

This position is part of the Corporate Brand Marketing team and will be based in the Head Office at Bhopal. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing corporate brand strategy for Pan India Campaigns. The incumbent must take complete ownership of the corporate campaigns. He will be required to ideate, plan and effectively execute Brand building properties like reader engagement activities, cause related (CSR) marketing initiatives, Brand events, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design & execute breakthrough brand campaigns and engagement programs

- Lead digital & social media strategy: content, influencers, paid ads (FB, YouTube, Display)

- Partner with editorial & circulation teams to drive brand growth and visibility

- Own the brand style guide and act as the Brand custodian to ensure consistent storytelling across all touch points

- Analyse brand & audience insights to sharpen strategy

- Drive research initiatives (NPS, Brand Track, Consumer Insights. etc)

- Drive the Annual Brand Calander

- Formulate structured campaign briefs with thorough understanding of requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.

- Navigate / co-ordinate with cross-functional departments to on-board the team and seamlessly drive corporate brand campaigns in all our markets.

- National and State Editorial Team

- State Brand Teams

- IT / Finance

Work Experience, Skills & Requirements:

- 7-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Media / FMCG / FMCD / sector with Exposure to managing Pan-India Brand campaigns.

- A sharp mind with brand instinct + digital muscle

- Knowledge and experience with Meta Ads (Follower growth), YouTube Featured Ads, In-stream Ads, Display Ads, Trending Ads, and leveraging Bloggers/Influencers to create buzz around the brand and influence social signals.

- A team player capable of influencing cross-functional departments and regions where mutual dependencies exist.

- Exposure to Qualitative and Quantitative research.

- Storyteller, collaborator, problem-solver - all in one

- Hungry to build brands that shape culture, not just campaigns

- Comfortable with PPTs & Excel - because great ideas need great presentation & flawless planning.
