Key Deliverables: Talent Management: Leading the performance management system across the company to achieve the goals of department and Company, Partnering with vendors in creating competency frameworks, development centers and HiPo career programs for different work streams/job levels, Liasoning with Business and HRBP's in enabling internal talent movements through structured succession plans, Serving as a focal point for the job architecture and providing support in reviewing the job families across the company, Executing employee career progression process, Constantly evolving internal talent management processes basis outside in view/industry best practices, Participating in design and development of all talent management tech solutions being rolled out globally by Daimler Truck Headquarters. Employee Benefits and Wellness: Responsible for designing, assessing and maintaining benefit and wellness programs in India that align to DTICI's Benefits Philosophy, local market practices, and compliance requirements. Managing benefit renewals, including RFPs, cost impact analysis, and presenting proposals to internal stakeholders in collaboration with the C&B and TM Leader. Revamping the R&R framework for DTICI. Digitizing the Benefits, Wellness and R&R charters in collaboration with Internal IT Team. HR Projects: Steering cross-functional strategic HR Projects in collaboration with various HR and business stakeholders. Ideal Candidate Profile : - Post Graduate Degree in HR from premier B School (Tier 1/2) with 4-6 years of overall experience in HR. - Prior stint in talent management COE role and inclination towards Employee Benefits & Wellness initiatives. - Experience of working in a multinational environment. - Strong quantitative and analytical skills with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. - Strong project / program management skills with a strong appreciation towards HR Tech. - Strong consulting skills with an ability to influence decision making at leadership levels. - Superior collaboration skills to engage internal & external stakeholders.
