Designation: Lead - Performance & Benefits

Department: TF/TH - Human Resources

Reporting to: Senior Manager - Talent Management, Rewards, Org Structure, University Relations & Employer Branding.

Job location: Bengaluru.

Purpose of the Role: To drive a high performance culture by leading enterprise wide performance management, rewards & recognition, and holistic wellbeing programs that enable business outcomes, enhance employee experience, and strengthen employer brand.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Performance Management: Own and continuously evolve the performance management framework aligned to business goals and talent management processes

- Benefits & Wellbeing: Strategize, design, and manage market aligned, compliant and creative benefits and wellbeing programs with a strong focus on employee health, engagement, and cost effectiveness.

- Rewards & Recognition: Design and run creative and impactful rewards & recognition programs that reinforce performance, values, excellence, innovation and desired behaviors.

- Digital, AI & Operational Excellence: Lead digitization of performance, benefits, wellbeing, and R&R programs; manage vendors, renewals, analytics, and operational rigor

- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR business partners, influencing decisions through data, insights, and external best practices.

Key Skills:

- Knowledge on MS Office, Power Apps & BI, Reporting, HRMS (Oracle/Workday/Success Factors, etc)

- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills with creative story telling

- Stakeholder Management & Cross Team Collaboration

Education Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR/Business Administration/Organization Development or related field

- 5-6 years of experience in Talent, Performance, Benefits, and R&R roles.

- Proven strengths in analytics, HR tech, program management, and executive stakeholder management.

- Strategic, business oriented mindset with the ability to translate people strategies into measurable outcomes.
