THE BEST FIT CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE : - 6- 9 years of relevant experience, preferably in a customer- centric B2C tech startup. - Strong experience in onboarding, adoption, and retention programs in B2C tech products. - Knowledge of the latest tools and implementations to build customer success programs. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross- functional teams. - Excellent problem- solving skills and the ability to work in a fast- paced environment. - Result- oriented and self- motivated, with a bias for action to quickly iterate and deliver desired outcomes. - Experience with CRM systems and the latest customer engagement tools, including WhatsApp. - Familiarity with the medical education industry is a plus. - We are looking for a dynamic and results- driven individual who has a track record of building and managing successful customer success teams.
