We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4+ years of experience to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen, experience in a startup or consumer business, and the ability to partner with business teams to drive financial excellence. This role requires someone who is hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Prepare monthly MIS, business performance reports and financial dashboards.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

- Partner with business teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

- Analyze product, channel and category profitability.

2. Financial Reporting:

- Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly and annual books.

- Prepare financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and statutory requirements.

- Monitor revenue recognition and expense accounting.

3. Accounting & Compliance:

- Oversee accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory regulations.

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants and regulatory authorities.

- Lead statutory audit, tax audit and internal audit processes.

4. Cost & Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory valuation and reconciliation.

- Analyze manufacturing costs and overhead allocation.

- Identify cost optimization opportunities across operations.

5. Internal Controls:

- Strengthen financial controls and governance processes.

- Develop SOPs and ensure compliance across finance operations.

- Identify process improvements through automation and technology.

6. Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with founders and leadership on strategic finance initiatives.

- Coordinate with banks, investors, auditors and external consultants when required.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4+ years of experience to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen, experience in a startup or consumer business, and the ability to partner with business teams to drive financial excellence with International transactions. This role requires someone who is hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment & has prior experience in dealing with International experience.

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in International Transactions.

2. 4 - 6 years of post-qualification experience.

3. Experience in a startup, D2C, retail, manufacturing or consumer products company is highly preferred.

4. Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation and compliance.

5. Hands-on experience with inventory accounting and manufacturing finance will be an advantage.

6. Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.

7. Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Tally or similar).

8. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

9. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
