Business Finance Analyst

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Business Analyst / Business Finance professional who will work closely with senior leadership and functional heads to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end MIS reporting - both internal and investor reports.

- Conduct regular business performance reviews across departments.

- Preparing & Analyzing P&L across multiple sales channels and verticals.

- Track and improve key business and financial metrics, ensuring alignment with growth goals.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor inventory, sales efficiency, and margins.

- Lead and manage specific strategic projects to enhance business performance.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of financial and operating metrics in consumer-facing industries.

- Excellent Excel proficiency: working knowledge of SQL is a plus.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and present data-driven insights.

- MBA from a Premium Institute

Preferred Background:

- 2-5 years of experience

- Good to have experience in industries like FMCG, Fashion / Apparel, Organised Retail, D2C Brands and Tech-driven services
