- We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Performance Marketing Manager to lead full-funnel paid growth across Meta and Google. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable acquisition systems from first principles and thrives in a fast-paced D2C environment.
Role Overview :
You will own campaign architecture, audience strategy, attribution analysis, and creative
performance across Meta and Google ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own end-to-end performance marketing across Meta and Google Ads.
- Build and scale campaign structures including CBO/ABO, audience funnels, retargeting flows, and DPA setups.
- Manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Brand campaigns with a focus on efficiency and scale.
- Monitor and improve Quality Score, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and impression share across campaigns.
2. Audience & Funnel Management :
- Develop structured audience segmentation strategies across TOF, MOF, and BOF funnels.
- Build and optimize Lookalike Audiences, Custom Audiences, and retargeting cohorts.
- Implement audience exclusion logic to minimize overlap and improve efficiency.
3. Creative & Performance Optimization :
- Analyze creative performance trends and identify fatigue early.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to brief high-performing ad concepts and iterations.
- Drive structured A/B testing across creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience cohorts.
4. Analytics & Reporting :
- Track and analyze campaign performance using platform analytics and attribution tools.
- Prepare weekly performance dashboards covering CAC, ROAS, MER, CPM, CTR, and CVR.
- Generate actionable insights with clear signal-vs-noise analysis.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Coordinate with catalogue and merchandising teams to maintain optimized product feeds and asset groups.
- Ensure smooth integration of catalogues, DPA feeds, and Merchant Center assets.
Must-Have :
2. Strong understanding of campaign architecture, funnel strategy, and attribution.
3. Expertise in :
- Meta Ads (CBO/ABO, DPA, retargeting)
- Google Ads (RSA, Search, Shopping, PMax)
4. Audience segmentation and performance optimization
5. Experience managing monthly ad budgets of 20L+.
6. Strong analytical mindset with a data-first approach to decision-making.
