DailyObjects is looking for a Brand Lead who lives and breathes brand building. This role is for someone who can shape culture, not just campaigns but owns the brand narrative across touchpoints and ensuring DailyObjects remains distinctive, relevant, and aspirational in a cluttered lifestyle market.

The person will be responsible for driving end-to-end brand marketing initiatives, from long-term brand strategy to high-impact campaigns, collaborations, and launches.

Responsibilities:

1) Brand Strategy & Positioning

- Own and evolve the DailyObjects brand identity, voice, and positioning across all channels.

- Translate business goals into strong, insight-led brand strategies.

- Ensure consistency and excellence across online, offline, retail, and social touchpoints.

2) Brand Marketing & Campaigns

- Lead integrated brand campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, social, retail, influencer).

- Conceptualise and execute large-scale brand initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.

- Partner with creative agencies, production houses, and internal teams to deliver standout storytelling.

3) Content & Storytelling

- Oversee brand content across platforms - films, shoots, social narratives, retail communication, and packaging.

- Ensure every piece of content reflects DailyObjects' design-led, lifestyle-first ethos.

- Build emotional resonance while driving recall and affinity.

4) Influencer, Partnerships & Collaborations

- Lead influencer marketing strategy and creator partnerships aligned with brand values.

- Identify and execute meaningful collaborations with designers, artists, IPs, and cultural platforms.

- Drive brand relevance through culture-led initiatives.

5) Retail & Experience Marketing

- Work closely with retail and VM teams to ensure strong in-store brand experience.

- Drive brand presence across store launches, activations, events, and experiential marketing.

7) Team & Stakeholder Management

- Mentor and guide a team of brand and content marketers.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Performance Marketing, Retail, and Design teams.

- Manage agency relationships and budgets effectively.

8) Measurement & Impact

- Track and evaluate brand health metrics-awareness, consideration, recall, and affinity.

- Use consumer insights, market trends, and data to refine brand strategies.

- Balance creativity with business outcomes.

Desired Skills & Experience

1) 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in D2C, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands.

2) Strong experience in leading end-to-end brand campaigns (concept to execution).

3) Proven ability to build and scale brands with a strong visual and cultural identity.

4) Deep understanding of digital, social, influencer, and content-led marketing.

5) Excellent storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

6 )A strong aesthetic sense and appreciation for design and culture.

7) Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with strategic depth.
