Process Mapping : - Understands the existing processes being followed by the different business units - Analyses existing processes for gaps leading to loss of business efficiency - Proposes 'to be' process which would plug the gaps identified Project Management : - Ensures buy-in of all stakeholders of the 'To-Be' process - Ensures completion of all open threads and successful transition Data Analysis : - Template Creation for tracking of new process definition. - Dashboards and KPI Creation for measuring the improvement in new process definition. - Trend Analysis to measure the improvements and iterate and further optimize process flow Communication Skills : &nbsp; - Oral Communication - Interview of Stakeholder to understand existing process - Presentation Making and Presentation Delivery - mapping of existing process for visibility to top management.
