Experience - 5+ years Notice Period - Immediate joiners Job Description: - Collaborating with other departments such as marketing or sales to ensure that customer needs are met - Ensuring that customer service representatives are making appropriate use of available resources, such as scripts or guidelines on how to handle specific situations, to provide effective customer service - Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and managing a team of customer support representatives to meet company standards for customer service - Training new employees in company policies, procedures, and ethics to ensure that they understand their role and responsibilities as a member of the customer support team - Ensuring that customer support representatives are following company policies and procedures for all interactions with customers - Reviewing customer feedback and making recommendations for changes in products or services to improve customer satisfaction with the company - Monitoring customer service response times to ensure that they are within industry standards - Coordinating with outside vendors, such as technology partners, to troubleshoot problems with equipment or software that affects customer service operations - Develop reports that track customer complaints, inquiries, and problems to help identify areas where improvements can be made in the customer service process Customer Support Head Requirements: - Proven 8+ experience in customer Support - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational abilities. - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to lead and motivate others.
