D365 Finance Lead - Support Project

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Finance modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP implementations and support engagements, with the ability to lead finance workstreams, engage stakeholders, and deliver effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage D365 F&O Finance support and implementation activities.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

- Conduct client workshops and process discussions.

- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), and user manuals.

- Configure and support D365 F&O Finance modules.

- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and deployment activities.

- Provide end-user training, go-live support, and post-implementation assistance.

- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.

- Support process improvements and recommend best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 9+ years of ERP implementation/support experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

- Expertise in the following Finance modules:

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Fixed Assets

- Budgeting

- Cash & Bank Management

- Taxation

- Intercompany Accounting

- Credit & Collections

- Cost Management

- Asset Leasing

- Strong understanding of finance business processes and reporting.

- Experience in functional documentation and workshop facilitation.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Certifications.

- Experience with global implementations and multi-country rollouts.

- Exposure to integration projects involving third-party applications.
