- We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Consultant to lead enterprise-scale ERP transformation projects.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong techno-functional expertise in D365 F&O modules, implementation lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure and customize D365 F&O modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Manage integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Ensure best practices in system architecture, security, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Support data migration, reporting, and workflow configurations.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Participate in client discussions, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10-13 years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Hands-on experience in multiple D365 F&O implementation/support projects.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain business processes.
- Experience in solution design, configuration, customization, and integration.
- Knowledge of Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics ecosystem is preferred.
- Ability to manage client stakeholders and drive project delivery independently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, or Distribution domains is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
