Description:
Responsible for driving growth and profitability of the companys Direct-to-Consumer business. Leads strategy, operations, marketing, and customer experience across all D2C channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end D2C P&L and growth roadmap.
- Optimize website performance, product listings, and conversion funnels.
- Lead digital marketing across performance, CRM, retention, and content.
- Improve customer journey across acquisition, checkout, fulfillment, and post-purchase.
- Manage inventory planning, demand forecasting, and coordination with supply chain.
- Analyze performance metrics and execute data-driven optimizations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to launch campaigns, new products, and features.
Requirements:
- 4-8+ years experience in D2C/e-commerce growth, marketing, or category management.
- Strong understanding of Shopify/e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and performance marketing.
- Data-driven, customer-centric, and comfortable owning targets.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead high-impact initiatives.
