- 4-7 years of experience in D2C e-commerce, performance marketing, and website management.
- Strong understanding of Shopify, analytics tools, Google & Meta advertising platforms.
- Experience in leading external agency relationships and vendor partnerships.
- Proven track record of scaling website sales and improving conversion metrics
- Lead overall website revenue growth and ensure sales targets are met consistently.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to drive efficient customer acquisition through Meta, Google, and affiliate channels and manage data-driven growth with clear ROAS and CAC goals.
- Monitor and optimize website performance using Shopify analytics, conversion funnels, and custom data dashboards to inform strategy and execution.
- Design and implement CRM & loyalty programs to maximize LTV (lifetime value) and retention of core customer segments and payment & Affiliate Partnerships.
- Cross-Functional D2C Team Coordination and collaborate closely with supply and merchandising teams to manage website stock levels, plan promotional calendars, and minimize stock-outs or overstock situations.
