- Own end-to-end D2C P&L, driving revenue growth, margins, and customer lifetime value.

- Scale performance marketing & CRM, optimizing CAC, retention, and cohort-led growth.

- Lead platform & experience excellence across website/app, content, and conversion funnels.

- Partner with brand, supply chain & tech to ensure availability, launches, and seamless fulfillment.

- Build and lead a high-performing D2C team, with strong focus on data, experimentation, and speed.

- Scale growth aggressively but profitably, balancing performance marketing, retention, and repeat-led cohorts.

- Build a best-in-class consumer journey, owning website/app conversion, content, CRM, and experience.

- Work closely with brand, product & supply chain, ensuring fast launches, availability, and speed-to-market.

- Set up a scalable D2C engine, building team, metrics, and processes suited to a fast-moving challenger brand.
