Role Overview:
We are looking for a data-driven D2C Growth candidate who will own conversion optimization across our Shopify store while supporting paid performance initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of growth, analytics, and user experience, and plays a key role in improving funnel efficiency and driving scalable acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Store & Conversion Optimization:
- Own and optimize the Shopify storefront for speed, usability, and conversion uplift
- Plan and execute A/B tests across product pages, checkout flows, landing pages, and site layouts
- Continuously improve PDPs and category pages, including content, imagery, reviews, FAQs, and trust elements
- Collaborate closely with design, tech, and content teams on storefront enhancements
- Ensure catalog hygiene, accurate product tagging, pricing accuracy, and inventory visibility for campaigns
Meta Ads & Performance Marketing Support:
- Assist in developing Meta ad campaign briefs, including audience segmentation, targeting strategy, and messaging direction
- Ensure pixel setup, event tracking, and data accuracy across platforms
- Monitor live campaigns and recommend optimization actions based on performance trends
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to drive acquisition, retargeting, and funnel efficiency
Analytics & Reporting:
- Conduct weekly deep-dives on traffic sources, funnel drop-offs, and landing page performance
- Build and maintain dashboards using GA4 and ad platform data
- Identify quick wins and growth opportunities using user behavior insights and performance analytics
- Present clear, actionable performance insights to stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Min 4 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or conversion optimization (D2C preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and basic CRO tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, tech, and agency partners
- Experience in personal care, wellness, or consumer brands is a plus
