Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end growth of the D2C business, including revenue, profitability, and unit economics.
- Responsible for meeting monthly/quarterly/annual targets for the brand website.
- Manage digital acquisition, performance marketing, and channel efficiency across paid, affiliate, and influencer channels.
- Lead retention, CRM, and lifecycle strategies across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, and loyalty/referral programs.
- Own CRO, run A/B experiments, improve website/landing page funnels, and work with tech/design for UX upgrades.
- Monitor customer experience, logistics, cancellations/RTO reduction, and collaborate with CX teams.
- Build dashboards, track KPIs, analyse performance data, and drive decision-making through insights.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in D2C, ecommerce, or consumer internet brands.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, retention, analytics, and CRO.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Shopify, WebEngage, GA4, and ad platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with cross-functional execution skills.
- Comfortable owning P&L outcomes and working in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments.
