Role Overview:

The D2C Growth Lead will be responsible for driving online revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention .This role requires a data-driven individual with strong expertise in performance marketing and e-commerce growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the D2C growth strategy to drive revenue and customer acquisition

- Manage performance marketing channels (Meta, Google, affiliates, etc.)

- Optimize conversion rates (CRO) across website and landing pages

- Drive customer retention initiatives through CRM, email, and WhatsApp marketing

- Monitor and improve key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates

- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve funnel performance

- Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, content) to enhance user experience

- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities

Qualifications & Experience:

- 5-8 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or growth marketing

- Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads)

- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify, CRM platforms)

- Demonstrated ability to scale online revenue and optimize marketing spends

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills

- Experience in beauty, wellness, or FMCG industry preferred
