Position : Regional Head - HR

Experience : 16 to 18 years

Industry : FMCG / Manufacturing / QSR

Education : Post Graduate in HR

Location : Anywhere in South & North

Working Days : 6 days a week

Experience :

- Candidate with minimum 15 years of relevant work experience.

- Should have hands-on experience on the entire gamut of HR operations which includes Recruitment, performance management, employee grievances, Statutory Compliances, Employee Welfare etc.

Job Profile :

- Implement and periodically review HR policies to ensure effectiveness and compliance Maintain accurate Compensation & Benefits (C&B) data and oversee employee benefit administration .

- Drive Training & Development (T&D) initiatives to enhance employee capability .

- Manage employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies to support business growth.

- Execute and monitor Performance Management System (PMS) across the organization .

- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity .

- Ensure employee coverage under Group Insurance and ESIC schemes.

- Ensure to handle the statutory compliance and maintain audit readiness .

- Manage Industrial Relations including union handling and collective bargaining.

- Collaborate with HODs for workforce planning and headcount management .

- Drive effective talent management and succession planning programs.

- Monitor and ensure timely settlement of employee claims.

- Manage internal communication for organizational updates and key initiatives .

- Act as a counselor and trusted advisor to the employees .
