Experience :

- Candidate with minimum 12-14 years of relevant work experience.

- Should have hands-on experience on the entire gamut of HR operations which includes Recruitment, performance management, employee grievances, Statutory Compliances, Employee Welfare etc.

Job Profile :

- Responsible for complete headcount forecasting & budgeting for region

- Responsible for handling the process of confirmations, transfers, promotions etc.

- Should have in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring to follow proper legal compliances.

- Ensure and Support the operations team to delivers their planned outcomes.

- Drive team performance improvement through structured performance development and review processes.

- Coach and develop staff and encourage continued learning and development of HR Team to increases HRs capacity and competence to meet current and future Needs.

- Substantial knowledge of dealing with employee relations including sickness management, grievance, disciplinary, capability, terms and conditions of employment and change management
