D-Mart - Area Manager - Warehouses

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure high throughput and operational efficiency across the Vizag region.

- Manage complex distribution networks to guarantee timely replenishment of stock to retail outlets, minimizing out-of-stock scenarios.

- Oversee comprehensive material management processes, including inwarding, storage, and dispatch, to maintain high standards of inventory integrity.

- Lead and mentor large cross-functional teams to foster a culture of safety, productivity, and accountability within the warehouse environment.

- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures that optimize logistics costs and resource utilization.

- Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to streamline inbound logistics and improve supplier lead times.

- Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliance, safety protocols, and quality standards across all warehouse facilities.
