Position : Area Manager - WAREHOUSES

JD : Area Manager

- Need to Handle multiple DC's. (Tamil Language Mandatory :Speak & Read )

- Ensure all processes are followed for timely opening & closing of DC : accurate Receiving, Picking, Sorting, GRN, Loading etc.

- Should be system savy and exposure of handling SAP - WMS.

- To ensure total coordination between various departments in the DC by following warehouse process.

- Apply knowledge of rules & regulations related to laws like FSSAI, Legal Meteorology, Labour Laws etc. while Liasoning with various govt officials & departments.

- Has to Train & Develop team members.

- Has strong vendor management skills, has excellent Numerical ability and can do data analysis to arrive at different scenarios.

- Is very high on integrity & discipline. Needs interpersonal skills and should be able to coordinate with different departments in the DC. Has a flair for handling people.
