Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Business Development Manager who can identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients and drive sales growth. This role involves conducting market research, generating leads, presenting products and solutions to potential customers, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team to improve performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Formulate strategic plans to drive market expansion, revenue growth, and business scalability.
- Research and explore potential sectors and clients.
- Work closely with technical, operations, and customer support teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
- Provide detailed reports and insights to senior leadership on business performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development
- Technical diploma or degree in MBA (Marketing) or related field.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.
