Title: Manager - Business development  Purpose: Lead business development and pre-sales for a strategic account in Transportation Business Unit   Requirements:  - 5-8 years of relevant experience.   - Post-graduation in marketing from a Tier I/II B-schools+ BE in Mechanical / Electrical engineering etc  - Good analytical skills, ability to understand business situations and provide data backed analysis   - Strong marketing experience with exposure to business planning, lead generation/ account mining, market research, brochures, white papers, case studies etc.  - Eye for detail and ability to understand and prepare reports on companies, industries, sectors (across multiple verticals)  - Confident communicator with CXO level internally & externally  - Ability to perform in a high pressure environment   - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word  Responsibilities :  - Understanding the customer requirements in Transportation sector and building tailored value propositions and services to meet their requirements.  - Proactively prepare proposals and POC's for the identified customer pain-points and their requirements.  - Drive new business development initiatives working with key stakeholders.  - Take ownership in managing RFI / RFP's.  - Contribute to collaterals, content in the company's website and other marketing material for Transportation Business Unit.   - Work along with the sales teams to identify prospects, develop leads and identify opportunities for Cyient.  - Develop specific go to market strategies for the service offerings.  - Participate actively in events, customer visits and deliver marketing pitch.
