Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Noida
Experience: 2 to 4 Years (Preferred in IT/Technical Hiring)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across multiple technical domains.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking.
- Manage offer negotiations, closures, and candidate engagement.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
