Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Enterprise Sales Team to achieve organizational revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities across sectors, including Cloud, Data Center, and AI-driven solutions.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise clients globally.
- Drive lead generation, strategic partnerships, and key account expansion initiatives.
- Create and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and RFP responses tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including marketing, product, and technology - to align business strategies and client solutions.
- Lead high-value negotiations and manage C-level client relationships with enterprise customers.
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the enterprise sales team to ensure continuous performance improvement.
- Work closely with leadership to expand business in international markets, including frequent travel to Dubai and other global locations.
- Explore and promote opportunities in the AI and emerging technology segments as part of Cyfuture's next growth phase.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (preferably from a premier institute).
- Proven experience in enterprise or B2B sales leadership roles within IT, Cloud, or AI domains.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Services (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Center solutions, and AI-driven business models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive negotiation skills.
- Dynamic, visionary, and able to lead teams across regions effectively.
- Willingness to travel as part of global business expansion initiatives.
