About The Role:

Cyderes is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Digital Content & SEO Manager to operationalize and elevate our content marketing engine.

This role will be critical in managing our cross-functional content processfrom brief to publishensuring content aligns with our go-to-market priorities and meets the highest standards of digital performance.

We need this role to unify and streamline our content effortsbringing together subject matter experts, writers, SEO best practices, and web publishing into a cohesive and efficient system.

This person will own our blog strategy, content development process, and ensure every asset we publish is purposeful, polished, and impactful.

Youll play a key role in managing two distinct blog experiences:

Our Threat Intelligence blog featuring cutting-edge cybersecurity threat intel and research

Cyderes Thought Leadership blog showcasing insights on identity-driven security operations, AI in cybersecurity, and executive POVs

This role will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, agency partners, and internal teams to streamline content workflows, support SEO strategy, and drive measurable traffic and engagement across our digital properties.


Responsibilities:

Content Operations & Workflow


- Own the content calendar and orchestrate the handoff process between SMEs, writers, designers, and web publishing teams


- Develop pre-drafting content outlines for subject matter experts (SMEs) to help them write faster and with better alignment to narrative, structure, and SEO goals


- Review and refine SME-authored drafts to ensure quality, clarity, tone, and SEO compliance before final publishing


- Create and maintain structured content briefs to guide internal and external contributor


- Serve as point-of-contact for managing deadlines, approvals, and publishing logistics


- Provide editorial support across content types, jumping in to write or revise as needed to support fast-moving initiatives


- Coordinate with our brand, product marketing, and demand gen teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns


- Document and improve content governance models, including content tagging, URL structures, and version control


Digital Content Strategy:


- Manage and update two distinct blogs on the Cyderes website, ensuring clarity in purpose, tone, and audience segmentation


- Partner with internal stakeholders and SMEs across Cyber Fusion, Identity, and Managed Services to turn expert insights into publishable content


- Ensure published content reflects brand, positioning, and product narratives.


- Step in to write or edit content assetsincluding blogs, landing pages, and internal communicationswhen needed to maintain publishing velocity


- Provide light to moderate editing support for SME or agency-generated content, ensuring alignment with voice, tone, and brand messaging


SEO & Web Best Practices:


- Apply SEO standards to all digital contentkeywords, meta descriptions, formatting, internal linking, etc


- Conduct content audits to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for optimization


- Work with web and ops teams to monitor performance and continually refine the publishing process


Requirements:


- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or editorial operations, preferably in B2B tech, MSSP or cybersecurity


- Strong project management and presentations skills with a proven ability to keep complex workflows moving across multiple stakeholders (including senior leaders)


- Excellent writing/editing skills and ability to evaluate and shape content from SMEs and agency partners


- Working knowledge of SEO, CMS platforms (HubSpot a plus), and content analytics tools (e., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)


- Experience standing up or managing a blog presence with a clear structure, purpose, and rhythm
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that blends structure with agility
