About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor training sessions to ensure IIT-standard academic quality.
- Conduct mock interviews, GDs, and communication skill workshops.
- Build and manage corporate partnerships for successful student placements.
- Organise placement drives, job fairs, and employer engagement events.
- Track student progress, employability, and placement success metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Management, Education, HR, or related field.
- 8-12 years in training/education/placement management with leadership exposure.
- Strong expertise in soft skills, career coaching, and placement strategy.
- Proven success in education quality management & student placements.
