Cybrom Technology - Head - Learning & Placement Operations

Description: Cybrom - Central Indias Only E&ICT IIT Guwahati Offline Centre.

Role Summary: We are looking for a center leader who can manage training delivery, people culture, center operations, and support placement activities. The role ensures academic excellence, smooth daily functioning, motivated teams, and strong student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee learning delivery & training quality for all technical programs.

- Lead trainers, counselors & coordinators; manage hiring & performance.

- Coordinate with the placement team to support job-readiness and employer engagement.

- Ensure operational excellence, batch scheduling, and SOP compliance.

- Maintain a positive student experience and handle escalations professionally.

Requirements:

- 5+ years in EdTech, academic operations, IT training, or center management.

- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

- Understanding of technical domains (Python/Java/MERN/AI/ML/Data Science).

- Experience with placements or student career support is an added advantage.
