Cybersecurity Manager - Training & Enablement

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead and strengthen our cybersecurity training and enablement initiatives. The role involves managing a pool of trainers and subject matter experts, developing learning content, and ensuring technical accuracy across all cybersecurity programs. This position blends technical expertise, people management, and program execution in the cybersecurity education domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage a strong network of cybersecurity trainers and SMEs.

- Source, assess, and onboard new trainers through structured evaluations.

- Develop and review cybersecurity learning content aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and OWASP standards.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, whitepapers, and playbooks.

- Conduct or support cybersecurity training sessions (virtual and in-person).

- Manage virtual training operations including backend logistics and participant engagement (primarily weekends).

- Collaborate with industry professionals for webinars, workshops, and masterclasses.

- Support partnerships and certification initiatives to enhance program credibility.

- Provide technical inputs to support sales and marketing efforts for cybersecurity training.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, information security, and IT infrastructure.

- Experience in training delivery, content development, or L&D operations.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and related presentation tools.

- Preferred certifications: ISO 27001 LI/LA, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP (preferred but not mandatory).

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and willingness to work on weekends when required.
