Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with Implementation teams to assess and address customer training needs.
- Develop, maintain, and update training content, playbooks, and e-learning modules for strategic customers.
- Conduct engaging virtual and on-site training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Design quizzes, assessments, and certifications to evaluate learning effectiveness.
- Continuously refine enablement materials based on customer feedback and product updates.
- Collaborate with the Product team to document and share best practices.
- Leverage tools, especially AI-based solutions, to enhance training efficiency and reduce time-to-productivity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in training, enablement, or instructional design roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with LMS tools or e-learning platforms.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into user-friendly content.
- Experience working with SaaS products or project management tools preferred.
