Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the primary liaison between international clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on all deliverables.

- Develop a strong understanding of each client's brand, business objectives, and creative needs to deliver impactful solutions.

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations across cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and production.

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships focused on trust, transparency, and value creation.

- Lead client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews with professionalism and confidence.

- Monitor project performance and client satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent quality and timely execution of all creative outputs.

- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and strategic partnership development.

Qualifications & Experience :

- 5-10 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or client success within a creative agency, studio, or advertising firm.

- Proven experience managing international clients and understanding of cross-cultural communication dynamics.

- Strong knowledge of creative processes, digital marketing, content production, and brand communication.

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with creative and operational teams.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
