What your day would look like : - Zoom calls with founders, CXOs and senior-most stakeholders of SaaS product companies. By onboarding them onto Sprinto, help them set up their company's systems and processes to SOC 2 compliance standards - Work with our amazing Product team to ensure we continuously raise the bar and delight customers with the Sprinto product - Gain deeper understanding of Information Security/Cloud Security Compliance. You would need to work on gaining domain expertise over time What would make you a good fit for this role? - You enjoy working at an early stage startup - i.e. you actively seek work, and figure out how to get things done - You are calm, organized and systematic - survival skills in a fully distributed setup, working with a global client base - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills - significant portion of your day would be spent in sessions with customers, or writing emails/notes - You are curious and like learning a new domain.
