As Customer Success Manager, your job is to help e-commerce businesses (merchants) use Fulfils software effectively so they can run their operations smoothly and grow. You'll be the main point of contact for these clients from the time they start using Fulfil and throughout their journey.
What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Build strong relationships with a group of assigned merchants.
- Help them get value from the Fulfil product - by training them, guiding them, and showing them best practices.
- Create presentations for business reviews to show how Fulfil is helping them.
- Support them through changes, like adopting new features or preparing for seasonal demands.
- Work with other Fulfil teams (like implementation and support) to make sure the customer experience is smooth.
- Teach them how to use the product well so they can become more independent.
- Keep them happy and engaged, focusing on building loyalty and long-term relationships.
Skills You Need (What Theyre Looking For)
- Experience working directly with customers (especially clients from North America).
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools, such as ERP, WMS, or platforms like Shopify and Amazon.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in conversations.
- Strong problem-solving skills you should be able to think on your feet and find solutions.
- A proactive attitude planning ahead, acting quickly, and staying organized.
- Experience using Salesforce (a customer relationship tool) is a plus.
- Curiosity and a love for learning this is highly valued at Fulfil.
