What You'll Do: We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Customer Success & Delivery Manager to join our fast-growing product team. This is a hybrid role combining customer engagement, delivery ownership, and light technical debugging, ideal for someone who understands both D2C business dynamics and SaaS platform delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for key clients-ensuring seamless onboarding, successful product adoption, timely resolution of issues, and continuous value delivery. You will also work closely with our engineering and product teams to troubleshoot problems, drive implementation, and surface insights from client usage. You may also be required to work as an independent contributor to deliver critical or strategic projects Candidates with experience at similar analytics or reconciliation startups are especially encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end client delivery, including onboarding, implementation, and support for new and existing customers. - Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as their strategic advisor and operational point of contact. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues. - Perform light debugging of data issues or scripts (Python), and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. - Maintain clear documentation of client configurations, integrations, and delivery timelines. - Work closely with product and analytics teams to gather feedback, inform feature prioritization, and help shape product roadmap. - Track usage metrics, adoption health, and engagement KPIs to improve retention and satisfaction. - Help clients extract value from the company's platform - especially around D2C metrics, profitability tracking, reconciliation workflows, and actionable insights. What We're Looking For: - 2-6 years of experience in customer success, implementation, consulting, or delivery roles in a SaaS or analytics company. - Experience working with or supporting D2C brands, e-commerce sellers, or FMCG players. - Familiarity with Python (for debugging scripts, data pipelines, or client configuration logic). - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills-verbal, written, and presentation. - Proven ability to manage multiple clients or projects in a fast-paced environment. - Analytical mindset with a strong desire to understand client business challenges and solve them with data. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience at similar reconciliations and analytics startups is a bonus - Understanding of unit economics, P&L reporting, and D2C revenue/ops models. - Exposure to e-commerce APIs, Excel-based data models, BI dashboards, or reconciliation tools. - Experience with tools like Jira, Notion, Slack, and basic SQL is a bonus.
