Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead customer service operations within the supply chain function, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely dispatch
- Handle escalations, returns, refunds, and customer complaints efficiently
- Drive process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction (OTIF, fill rates)
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for demand visibility and planning
Requirements :
- 8+ years in supply chain/customer service operations
- Experience in D2C or e-commerce brands (beauty/lifestyle preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
