Description: We are currently retained by a leading and well established logistics startup to hire a Customer Retention Lead (B2B) for them. This role will strengthen long-term client partnerships to drive retention, renewals, customer satisfation and revenue expansion across key enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale retention programs for key accounts to increase renewals, deepen account penetration and enhance CLV.
- Manage large enterprise customers and engage senior client stakeholders.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell across logistics offerings while proactively reducing customer churn.
- Lead QBRs; manage renewals, pricing, and SLAs.
- Own revenue targets for existing accounts and support account expansion.
- Lead and mentor account management teams; set KPIs and performance goals.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in logistics/supply chain B2B sales post MBA
- 5+ years in Senior Account Management or Retention roles.
- Strong enterprise account management, negotiation and stakeholder skills.
- Good understanding of FTL, LTL, air/sea freight, warehousing and 3PL.
