Job Summary:
- We are looking for a proactive and driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Maven Workforce.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong B2B client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams.
- Understand client needs and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
- Drive client engagement through regular check-ins, updates, and feedback sessions.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant services.
- Manage client satisfaction by resolving queries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain records of client interactions, deals, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with business and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Work on B2B business development and relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop client-specific solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in customer/client relationship management, preferably in a B2B or staffing/recruitment setup.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in client servicing, engagement, and upselling.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and deliver a great customer experience.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Highly professional with a client-first mindset
