Customer Relationship Manager
Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
- To create knowledge documents and build capability in the CRMs to ensure customer queries & issues are closed within the agreed TAT for the project.
- To work with the region CRM head to build team capability at the site and improve on the chosen parameters of efficiency & effectiveness.
- To monitor the CRMs performance and build capability to generate the targeted leads from the project for achievement of regional Lead generation target.
- To provide pro-active support to customers and do deeper customer engagements to achieve the targeted customer satisfaction targets for the site.
- To review the collection status on a weekly basis and push the team for recoveries.
- To scout for & appoint adequate number of service delivery partners to ensure delivery is as per timelines & BE defined standards.
- To identify & continuously build the capabilities required in each of the team members to help them perform better in their current role & future growth.
- To periodically do physical inspection of the unit & push for progress with site team to ensure that the unit gets handed over to the customer on time and with quality standards.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Responsible for leading end-to-end customer experience vertical for the site as per the defined policies and guidelines to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Need someone from Reputed RE Developers / other industry ie Hospitality / Aviation [2nd preference] with minimum 6-15 [+/-] years of experience.
