Key Responsibilities

- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, feedback, and concerns.

- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on client needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, claims, support) to resolve customer issues promptly.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and track performance metrics.

Key Requirements

- 4-7 years of experience in customer relationship/client servicing roles, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or similar sectors.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
