In this role, you will be the face of the organization, responsible for managing high-stakes client relationships through proactive communication, expert troubleshooting, and strategic problem-solving.

You will not only resolve technical and operational issues but also play a vital role in revenue generation by identifying cross-selling opportunities and expanding our client base. Acting as a linchpin between customers and branch heads, you will ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining meticulous MIS reporting and data hygiene. The ideal candidate is an adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical expertise to turn complex customer challenges into long-term business value.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, fostering long-term trust and loyalty through personalized financial service support.

- Complex Troubleshooting: Leverage technical expertise to diagnose and resolve client issues, ensuring high-speed resolution and minimal disruption to financial operations.

- Stakeholder Orchestration: Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients, branch heads, and internal operations teams to align service delivery with organizational goals.

- Revenue & Marketing Contribution: Drive organizational growth by identifying upselling opportunities and executing marketing strategies to enhance the existing client base.

- Technical Issue Resolution: Utilize specialized knowledge of financial products and platforms to provide "hands-on" assistance for technical queries and digital banking hurdles.

- MIS & Data Governance: Maintain up-to-date and accurate Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, providing leadership with actionable insights into client satisfaction and service metrics.

- Collaborative Teamwork: Play a central role in cross-functional squads, sharing client feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of service protocols.

- Client Acquisition Support: Actively contribute to expanding the firm's footprint by supporting referral programs and lead-generation activities.

- Reporting & Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and issue resolutions are documented in compliance with financial industry standards and internal auditing requirements.

- Proactive Communication: Initiate regular touchpoints with clients to update them on new product offerings, regulatory changes, or status updates on pending requests.

Technical Requirements:

- Financial Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of financial services, including banking products, investment vehicles, or insurance frameworks.

- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track interactions, tasks, and client health scores.

- Analytical Reporting: Expert proficiency in MS Excel for creating complex MIS reports, utilizing VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data visualization tools.

- Digital Literacy: High comfort level with digital banking platforms and the ability to troubleshoot mobile/web-based financial applications for clients.

- Communication Stack: Mastery of professional communication tools, including email etiquette, virtual meeting platforms, and internal ticketing systems.

Core Competencies:

- Result-Driven Problem Solving: A "first-principles" approach to resolving conflicts and identifying the root cause of service failures.

- Adaptable & Responsive: Ability to pivot strategies in response to shifting market conditions or urgent client demands.

- Organizational Rigor: Highly disciplined in managing daily task lists, meeting deadlines, and maintaining zero-error documentation.

- Persuasive Communication: Capable of articulating complex financial concepts into simple, actionable advice for diverse audiences.

- Building Work Relationships: A natural ability to build rapport with both external clients and internal leadership at the branch level.
